PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit to confirm all doggie vacations. We accept check, Visa or Mastercard. No dates are confirmed until we receive your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable within 2 weeks of a stay.
Here are some reasons you could lose your deposit:
- You cancel your dog’s stay less than 2 weeks from the start date.
- Your dog has not been vaccinated at least a week before the stay.
- Your dog’s fecal test is positive for a parasite and there is not enough time to complete all necessary rounds of treatment.
It is your responsibility to make sure your dog is in compliance with our health policies at least a week before their stay.
Additionally, deposits are non-refundable for the following holiday dates:
- Christmas/New Years

(November 24, 2025 - December 1, 2025) - Labor Day
(August 29, 2025 - September 5, 2025) - 4th of July
(July 1, 2025 - July 8, 2025) - Memorial Day
(May 23, 2025 - May 30, 2025) - Easter
(April 17, 2025 - April 24, 2025) - President's Day
(February 14, 2025 - February 21, 2025) - Christmas/New Years
(December 21, 2024 - January 4, 2025) - Thanksgiving
(November 25, 2024 - December 2, 2024) - Labor Day
(August 30, 2024 - September 6, 2024) - 4th of July
(July 1, 2024 - July 8, 2024) - Memorial Day
(May 24, 2024 - May 31, 2024) - Easter
(March 27, 2024 - April 3, 2024) - President's Day
